Soca, born in Trinidad and Tobago, is a thrilling blend of African and Caribbean dance styles, full of rhythm, energy and joy. After the lesson, keep the vibes going with live music from local soca sensation LVL Exodus. Bring your best energy, your dancing shoes and prepare for an unforgettable evening of Caribbean heat and rhythm.

About KJ McKnight
KJ McKnight is a Toronto dancer and choreographer who started his entry into dance through hip-hop, taking workshops and classes with Luther Brown and his crew Dodat Entertainment. He has also trained in many styles within and outside of street dance from house to several styles of African dance, locking, Bollywood, and funk. As a choreographer, KJ has presented work at The Toronto Choreographers’ Ball, various corporate events, The City of Toronto, Ottawa’s Bridal Shows, Toronto Pride as well as the Royal Ontario Museum.
