Program Description
Students will divide their day between a printmaking workshop and skating on our rink. For the visual arts portion, students will create winter-inspired artworks while exploring the printmaking process.
Skating on the rink is self-guided by the visiting school.
Need helmets or skates? Rental information will be available closer to the program dates.
Program Objectives
By the end of the Make & Skate program, students will:
- Explore creativity through multiple forms of expression.
- Explore the connection between creativity and physical activity.
- Explore shape, texture, pattern and positive and negative space in printmaking.
