Did you know? You can bring divisions, grade teams (even the whole school) all on the same day with just one registration? Many schools return year after year for divisional art days and student-selected activity days. It’s an excellent opportunity to build community with other students. For more information, contact the School Registrar.

Program Overview

Core Programs

Our core programs take place onsite at Harbourfront Centre’s 10-acre waterfront campus, giving your students the chance to explore Visual Arts, Performing Arts or Urban Studies. These programs run from September to June, with both Half-Day and Full-Day options available.

Seasonal Programs

Don’t miss out on a chance to take part in one of our Seasonal Programs – available for a limited time each school year. Spots fill up quickly, so be sure to book in advance to secure your spot.

Special Programs

Special Programs are limited-time offerings that take advantage of partner organizations, special exhibitions in our galleries, performances, festivals and other events at Harbourfront Centre.

Specialist High Skills Major (SHSM) Programs

Our SHSM programs provide students with a certificate for participation in a three-hour workshop, meeting the requirements set by the Ontario Ministry of Education. Contact the Registrar and our team will develop sector-specific content to ensure the workshop meets your students’ learning goals.

“The hands-on experience in arts education and the opportunity to deliver various programs were invaluable. This experience helped me to develop my own teaching style and allowed me to gain confidence as an artist educator.”

— Intern, Arts Education and Community Engagement, Centennial College

“This experience in the School Visits department was one I will cherish and feel so incredibly lucky to have been a part of. I am now going into my first year at U of T for a specialist in drama and a newfound passion for arts education.”

— TCDSB Co-op Student, Grade 12
