Choose Your Programs

Each program has a capacity of 35 participants. If you are booking for a group larger than 35 participants, you will need to make a second booking.

You can choose one of the following two options: Harbourfront Centre Booking, or In-School Booking. If you’re coming to us, you can book up to four classes at a time. If we are coming to you, you must book a minimum of two classes and up to three. If you need to make more bookings than this form allows, we'll collect additional information from you at the bottom of this page.

School Visit Type

Number of class bookings?

In-School programming is currently limited to 1 school per day, with two or three 60-90 minute workshops for Kindergarten to Grade 8. If you are interested in extending your students' learning beyond a single visit, our Performing Arts programs can be booked over multiple days or expanded into a full unit to deepen student learning. Contact registrar@harbourfrontcentre.com to learn more about these booking opportunities, or provide some details in the Extended In-School Booking Enquiry field on this page and the Registrar will follow up with you.

Number of in-school bookings?

For each Class Booking, choose the range of grades participating in the booking, e.g. Grades 3–5. If booking for a single grade only, select the same value in both fields, e.g. Grade 4.
