School Visits Registration

School Visits Online Classes are now fully booked for the 21-22 school year. We look forward to working with you and your students again in a future school year!

As a reminder, we are only accepting registrations for Online Classes. These programs are only available to schools and/or learning pods that have a drop off/pick up point for materials located in the City of Toronto (M postal codes).

Please have the following information ready when you register:

  • Your choice of program(s)
  • Your first and second choices for date of visit
  • Number and grade level of students
  • Name, mailing address, telephone and fax numbers of school
  • Email address of main contact person and Office Administrator

Please note that English is the only language of instruction available at this time.

Program Requirements

As a reminder, our educators are providing synchronous learning. A stable internet connection and the ability to broadcast video and audio of our educator is the responsibility of the school and/or classroom teacher. No monitor, computer or internet hot spot is provided by School Visits. If your classroom does not have the ability to share video or audio of your students working and/or engaging with our instructor verbally, we require the use of a keyboard to convey your students’ questions to our educator through the chat function. All classes will be delivered through Google Meet.

Visual Arts Materials

All visual arts materials required to complete the activity will be provided in our resource kit. This kit will be dropped off at your school the week prior to your Online Class. The kit will be picked up from your school the week after your Online Class. Clear instructions on materials to return and what will remain will be included in your confirmation email.

Program Fee

$250/class (maximum 35 students)

Program Days and Times

Online Classes are available Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday mornings. Each class runs for 90 minutes.

Mondays and Fridays may be available upon request based on availability of resources at Harbourfront Centre


Subsidy is available on a case-by-case basis for schools in need, pending availability. Contact the registrar for eligibility requirements.

Booking Confirmation

To confirm your booking, please return your signed booking contract within 14 days of issue.

COVID-19 Policy

In the event your school community is impacted by COVID-19 infections that result in more than 50 percent of your students unable to attend school on the day of your Online Class, we would be able to reschedule your group for a future date.

Please note that this must be requested in writing 24 hours before the scheduled Online Class to avoid further fees.

If you request a change to your program date with less than 24 hours’ notice, a rescheduling fee of $50 will apply.


If you are unable to host your Online Class, we encourage you to work with the School Visits Registrar to find a suitable alternative date.

If no rescheduled date is possible, cancellations that were requested in writing 14 days prior to the booking will be canceled at no charge.

If the cancellation is submitted less than 14 days prior to program delivery, the flat rate of $250 will be applied.


While our School Visits Educators will be responsible for delivering the content of our program through Google Meet, it is essential that the classroom teacher remains in the classroom to address any specific student needs and support classroom management. The ultimate duty of care for students at all times during our program remains with the classroom teacher.
