Forest of Reading Festival

Do you love to read? Are you ready to meet your favourite authors and illustrators? Have you ever been to a “rock concert” for reading? Now’s your chance!  

Taking over Harbourfront Centre’s 10-acre campus, the Forest of Reading Festival is Canada’s largest literary event for young readers. This event is co-produced by the Ontario Library Association and Harbourfront Centre and has been running since 2007. Join hundreds of young readers onsite to come together and see their favourite authors, participate in drop in activities and workshops, and to explore all things reading!

French Date: May 22

Tickets for any award ceremony include campus access for the day. Onsite programming will run from approximately 10am-2pm.
