Program Description
This active and inspiring program highlights the rich history and traditions of Latin dance. Students will develop a vocabulary of Latin dance styles and demonstrate their understanding of these dance forms through creation and performance.
Program Objectives
By the end of the Dance – Latin program, students will:
- Explore a variety of traditional and contemporary Latin American music and dance styles.
- Collaborate to create and perform Latin dance routines.
- Demonstrate their unique way of moving through Latin rhythms.
