About
Inspired by Canadian multidisciplinary artist Shelagh Keeley’s drawing practice, families are invited to create their own artist notebooks filled with colourful garden imagery and boundless imagination. No registration is needed — just drop in and get creative! In partnership with the Power Plant Contemporary Art Gallery.
About The Power Plant
The Power Plant is Canada’s leading public art gallery devoted exclusively to contemporary visual art. Power Kids is a series of free creative workshops for children aged 7–12, led by skilled and dynamic artist-educators and inspired by the current exhibitions at the Power Plant. Power Kids takes place on select Sundays throughout the exhibition seasons and includes a guided tour in or outside the gallery followed by a short creative activity. Each workshop is different, so kids can return throughout the season and be inspired every time.
