About

What does it mean to exist in a world that often fails to see your true worth?

Under acclaimed Peruvian director Chela De Ferrari, Shakespeare’s masterpiece Hamlet is revolutionized in a new production of one of the world’s most cherished plays. Featuring eight actors with Down Syndrome, the production blends sharp humour, raw emotional truth and fearless performances to bring new relevance to this timely tale.

Bold, playful and deeply moving, this work has electrified audiences worldwide by turning Shakespeare’s masterpiece into a joyful celebration of human dignity. As each actor embodies Hamlet in their own unique way, they challenge our assumptions about who gets to tell the great stories.
