Canada Day Fireworks

Celebrate Canada Day on our waterfront with a full day of free activities for all ages, then gather along the harbour for a spectacular fireworks display over Toronto’s inner harbour beginning at 10:45pm.

Discover outdoor public art, live music, grab a bite from local food vendors, catch World Cup action at GE Appliances Canada Soccer House and even get into the game yourself at the Canadian Tire Jumpstart Charities Community Soccer Pitch or Canada’s first-ever floating futsal pitch at Sport Chek Harbourfront FC. While you’re here, be sure to visit the new Ontario Science Centre location, now open on our campus.

Event Advisory

Due to the popularity of Canada Soccer House and Sport Chek Harbourfront FC, visitors are encouraged to arrive early. Please note that capacity limits are in place for some activation areas, including Canada Soccer House.

Parking will be limited and traffic delays are expected. Visitors are encouraged to take public transit, walk or cycle where possible.

If you’re planning to come down later in the evening to enjoy the fireworks, find a viewing spot anywhere along the waterfront, including HTO Park to the west or Harbour Square Park to the east. The fireworks will be visible from a variety of public spaces along Toronto’s waterfront, including areas beyond Harbourfront Centre’s central campus.
