Wellness Wednesdays in February offer a variety of classes designed to strengthen, tone and energize the body while cultivating mindfulness and body awareness. The month kicks off with Mindful Mat Werk, a bodyweight-only class that focuses on intentional movement, breath and muscle engagement to build strength, stability and mind-body connection. On February 11, Centered Motion emphasizes core stability, endurance and deep muscle awareness, while February 18 brings Strongher Bands, an upbeat, music-driven lower-body class using resistance bands or bodyweight leaving participants feeling empowered and energized. Finally, on February 25, Flex & Flow delivers a full-body workout through continuous, mindful strength-based movements, promoting endurance, balance and a powerful, energizing body burn.
Les Wellness Wednesdays de février proposent une variété de cours conçus pour renforcer, tonifier et dynamiser le corps, tout en favorisant la pleine conscience et la conscience du corps. Using just your mat, you will engage and tone every major muscle group while connecting mind and body through control, balance and focus. Perfect for all fitness levels looking to build strength, stability and mindfulness through movement.
February 11: Centered Motion
This equipment-free class focuses entirely on your core-building stability, endurance and deep muscle awareness. Through mindful, controlled movements, you will engage your abs, obliques and lower back to strengthen and tighten your centre, while improving posture and balance. Perfect for anyone looking to connect with their core and move with more power and control.
February 18: Strongher Bands
This upbeat, music-driven class targets your lower body using resistance bands or your body weight. Expect a dynamic mix of sculpting, pulsing and activating movements that lift, tone and strengthen your glutes. With or without the band, you will leave feeling the burn, energized and empowered from the inside out.
February 25: Flex & Flow
This dynamic class led by Nicki Lee targets all your major muscle groups – legs, glutes, core, back, chest and arms – through a seamless flow of strength-based exercises. With continuous movement and mindful transitions, you will build strength, endurance and a powerful full-body pump. Perfect for anyone looking for a balanced, energizing and complete body burn.
