1. Upon receipt of your application, we will review all materials and get back to you via e-mail regarding acceptance or rejection of your application.
2. You will be required to upload a copy of your Proof of Insurance after you have been accepted as a Harbourfront vendor. When you do, please ensure that Harbourfront Centre is listed as “additional insured Harbourfront Corporation (1990).”
3. If your business is incorporated or registered, you may be asked to upload a copy of your Certificate of Business Registration. Please consult with the Vendor Coordinator for details.

1. Upon receipt of your application, we will review all materials and get back to you via e-mail regarding acceptance or rejection of your application.
2. If accepted as a vendor, submit a copy of your Proof of Insurance via link provided by Harbourfront Centre ON OR BEFORE MAY 26, 2023 (this is mandatory). Ensure that Harbourfront Centre is listed as “additional insured Harbourfront Corporation (1990).”
3. For all vendors who have been accepted, payment of 50% of the total of your booked weekends is processed ON MAY 26, 2023.
4. Please note: your space is not secure until payment and proof of insurance has been received.
5. You are required to attend a mandatory vendor meeting for all successful applicants.
6. Remainder of fees are processed ON JUNE 9, 2023.

4. You will be required to upload all Food Handler’s Certificates for your booth after you have been accepted as a Harbourfront vendor. There must be at least one person present at your booth that has a valid food handler’s certificate at all times while your station is in operation.

Select the summer weekends and types of booths you prefer. You may request as many weekends as you want, but some weekends and/or booths/tables may be sold out when you apply. Table space allotment is one table per vendor per weekend. Please note that programming is subject to change without notice.

A 15% discount is offered for any vendor who applies and is accepted for all weekends. All prices include HST.

The maximum file size allowed per each upload section is 1Mb. If you need to reduce the size of your image files and do not have editing software, there are a number of free online tools that you can use (e.g. Shutterstock Image Resizer). Please exercise your best judgement when considering the use of any online editing tools/websites, especially if your file contains personal and/or financial information.

You will not be charged until you have been officially accepted to the program.

Credit card payments may be made with Visa, MasterCard, and American Express.

Charges to your credit card will appear on your statement as “HARBOURFRONTCENTRE.”

Please DO NOT send cash by mail. If you wish to pay with cash or debit card, please call us.
