1. Complete the application.
2. Upload a copy of your Proof of Insurance. Ensure that Harbourfront Centre is listed as “additional insured Harbourfront Corporation (1990).” (Please note: submitting proper proof of insurance is optional during the application process, but mandatory once accepted.)
3. If your business is incorporated or registered, please upload a copy of your Certificate of Business Registration.
4. Upload photos of your products.
5. Carefully read and agree to the Lakeview Market Vendors Rules and Regulations.
6. Submit your application.

8. Submit your application.

2. If accepted as a vendor, submit a copy of your Proof of Insurance via link provided by Harbourfront Centre ON OR BEFORE MAY 26, 2023 (this is mandatory). Ensure that Harbourfront Centre is listed as “additional insured Harbourfront Corporation (1990).”
3. For all vendors who have been accepted, payment of 50% of the total of your booked weekends is processed ON MAY 26, 2023.
4. Please note: your space is not secure until payment and proof of insurance has been received.
5. You are required to attend a mandatory vendor meeting for all successful applicants.
6. Remainder of fees are processed ON JUNE 9, 2023.

Select the summer weekends and types of booths you prefer. You may request as many weekends as you want, but some weekends and/or booths/tables may be sold out when you apply. Table space allotment is one table per vendor per weekend. Please note that programming is subject to change without notice.

You will not be charged until you have been officially accepted to the program.

Credit card payments may be made with Visa, MasterCard, and American Express.

Charges to your credit card will appear on your statement as “HARBOURFRONTCENTRE.”

1. If the Summer Festival contract is cancelled by the Vendor due to any circumstance ON OR BEFORE MAY 25, 2023, Harbourfront Centre will refund the money paid to date.
2. If the summer festival contract is cancelled by the Vendor AFTER MAY 25, 2023, vendor forfeits all monies paid.
3. Unless the Vendor cancels the Vendor Agreement by the dates set out above, the Vendor may not cancel the Vendor Agreement without the written consent of Harbourfront Centre. Unless otherwise agreed by Harbourfront Centre, all fees paid by the Vendor shall be forfeited in the event of a cancellation by the Vendor.
4. If the Vendor Agreement is cancelled by Harbourfront Centre due to a breach of these terms and conditions by the Vendor, the Vendor shall forfeit all fees paid.
5. Harbourfront Centre reserves the right to relocation and/or deny booth space and/or close a Vendor’s booth and request the Vendor to leave Harbourfront Centre’s premises if the Vendor is not complying with the terms and conditions set out in this Vendor Agreement, including but not limited to a failure of the Vendor to comply with all health and safety standards required as part of their Vendor services, and/or if the Vendor is behaving in an objectionable fashion.
6. The Vendor hereby waives any right to, and releases Harbourfront Centre from, any and all claims for damages or compensation by reason of Harbourfront Centre exercising its cancellation rights under this Vendor Agreement.
7. Public attendance and participation are dependent upon weather conditions, demographics and a variety of other factors. Harbourfront Centre shall not be responsible or liable for a lack of success for individual vendors and/or poor food sales based on inclement weather, public attendance and/or customer preferences.
