PCOC, Radio and Harbour License Pleasure Craft Operators Card (PCOC)
2 Hours (exam only) / $55 + HST
$45 for HCSP students and members.
Government legislation requires that all operators of any power-driven vessel – even a Personal Water Craft (PWC) – obtain a Pleasure Craft Operator Card (PCOC). Textbooks are available for an addition cost.

Once you have successfully obtained your PCOC, you must carry it with you at all times while operating a power-driven vessel or sail boat with an engine (like a driver’s license). If you are renting a power boat from us, our Rental Boat Safety Checklist must be completed before embarking.
