About
Soul Kitchen: RNB on Ice is a special edition of Toronto’s world-renowned R&B and Soul-infused music experience, fusing community, culture and classics under the stars on the ice. Created in 2003 by cultural curator and creative entrepreneur Ian Andre Espinet, Soul Kitchen helped pioneer the R&B-focused nightlife genre in Canada, setting the global standard for events rooted in musical integrity, Black cultural legacy and grown folks’ vibes. Soul Kitchen returns to Harbourfront Centre with a family-friendly outdoor experience in celebration of Family Day Weekend and Valentine’s Day.
Set against panoramic views of Toronto’s waterfront and city skyline, Soul Kitchen: RNB on Ice delivers a unique fusion of classic and contemporary soul, neo-soul, new jack swing, slow jams, deep cuts and hip-hop soul, all curated by none other than DJ Skitz, one of Soul Kitchen’s most versatile alumni and a fixture in Toronto’s nightlife legacy.
Whether you’re skating with family, vibing with your partner or two-stepping solo with your scarf in the wind, this is a Soul Kitchen experience you don’t want to miss.
