No skates? No problem. Harbourfront Centre has skate rentals available for all ages and sizes. Every Saturday enjoy FREE skate rentals and try out one of winter’s favourite pastimes thanks to our partners at the Waterfront Business Improvement Area (WBIA).
About Doomgurl
Doomgurl is a Salvadorean-Indigenous artist based in Toronto representing her DJ crew, Hands on Deck. Originally a street dancer specializing in styles such as breaking, hip-hop and house, Doomgurl has now gone on to facilitate sound in her communities she’s actively been a part of. Transitioning to becoming a sound selector, she has gained mentorship by some of Toronto’s best DJs, including DJ Iced Misto and DJ BBad. She has also gone on to join a DJ/Producer collective by the name PTRN SLCT based in Toronto. Doomgurl is known for her expansive selection of R&B music while pushing the boundaries of dance, weaving her cultural ties in her selection.
