About

Facilitated by Harbourfront Centre’s School Visits team, this art-making activity invites participants to explore using various new and recycled materials to create a weaving. How can we use colour and texture to create patterns? How do science, technology, engineering, arts and math play a role in weaving? Every little artist will be able to take their artwork home.

School Visits is Harbourfront Centre’s hands-on, inquiry-based, experiential learning program which builds connections to the Ontario Curriculum for visiting school groups from Kindergarten to Grade 12. Connect your child’s educators with us for school trips and other learning experiences Harbourfront Centre has to offer.
