About Vocal Groove Collective

Founded by husband and wife duo Rodney and Chyrell Ronquillo, the Vocal Groove Collective epitomizes Toronto’s diverse music scene. Originally renowned as duet singers, their journey expanded to prestigious venues like the Las Vegas MGM Grand Garden Arena and Ceasar’s Palace, where they showcased their vocal prowess to captivated audiences.

Drawing inspiration from diverse artists, including Pitbull and Armin Van Buuren, the collective envisioned blending EDM’s modern sounds with the enduring charm of vocal performances.

The collective’s journey is punctuated by notable achievements. Members have served as backing vocalists for esteemed Filipino acts such as Morrisette, David Pomeranz, Martin Nievera, and others. Their versatility extends to sharing the stage with legendary rock band AEGIS, where Vocal Groove opened to acclaim.

Comprising a range of talents, Vocal Groove Collective bridges generations. It embodies seasoned frontman professionals like Pablo Quiogue, Ryan Orlanda, and Rommel Sudan alongside fresh faces like Jhoanna Valdez, Lalaine Osea, Gabbie Catral, Colleen Oabel and Dani Catral, whose individual accolades have earned recognition. This fusion of experiences results in a dynamic stage presence, appealing to audiences of all ages.
