Overview

With the release and positive reception of their debut EP, the parts we could not abandon, cutsleeve is grateful to perform again, sharing songs that explore their queer diasporic experiences. From punk to alt-rock, you’ll hear music as diverse as the group itself.

About cutsleeve

cutsleeve is a four-piece queer East Asian rock band in what is currently known as “Toronto.” Brought together to explore the complexities of their queer racialized identities, they repurpose rock music for healing and expression as each member was born into different generations of settlement in Canada. Through the band, they have created a safer space to explore music as a creative outlet; without it, they wouldn’t be as engaged with music as they are now. Their debut EP, the parts we could not abandon, is available to listen to everywhere (except Amazon).
