Overview
Storybook Search is an immersive, theatrical scavenger hunt that takes audiences through Harbourfront Centre, weaving in and out of stories, games and clues as you join with a group of friends to unlock the “Secret of the Harbour.” A hybrid of music, story and puzzles from Toronto’s Dora Award-winning Bad Hats Theatre, created by Matt Pilipiak and Fiona Sauder.
About Bad Hats Theatre
Bad Hats Theatre produces award-winning, innovative theatre created by multidisciplinary ensembles. With an emphasis on programming for young people and families, our programming features physical storytelling and original music to help audiences find the extraordinary within the ordinary.
Productions include an adaptation of Peter Pan, which earned three Dora Mavor Moore Awards, toured to twelve Ontario cities and headlined Soulpepper’s Family Festival for three years. Most recently, Bad Hats premiered an Alice in Wonderland musical adaptation at Soulpepper Theatre.

Suggested age: 7+ (Parents encouraged to participate with registration)
Participants will travel from the West Hallway to the East Campus as part of the event. Participants will return to the West Hallway at the end of the event.
*This event has a standby line. Please arrive and check-in for your event 10 minutes prior to the start time. Just before the start of the event, unclaimed seats will be released to the standby line. Late admissions may be allowed at the discretion of the venue. Once a venue reaches capacity, no further ticket holders or standby registrants will be admitted.
