This dance fitness workout combines easy-to-follow steps with today’s hottest music while infusing bursts of high-intensity interval training, resistance training and core conditioning to make you have fun and transform your body. Drop-in anytime between 2–5pm with health and fitness expert Dione Mason for thirty-minutes of movement, energy and fun. Mason will indeed have you up movin’ and groovin’ in the Island Soul heat!
About Dione Mason
Dione Mason is an award-winning fitness and lifestyle coach, event producer, founder and president of The Simunye Foundation and founder and race director of the Toronto Carnival Run. She has proven her dedication, drive and commitment to excellence in the health and fitness industry for over 20 years. Mason has been featured on Breakfast Television, CanFitPro Magazine, CP24, City TV, IMPACT Magazine and more.
In the community, she has been featured in over 100 charity initiatives that promote health and wellness, such as the Alzheimer Society Walk for Memories, the Brain Tumour Walk, Toronto Waterfront Marathon, Scotiabank Rat Race and the United Way CN Tower Climb. Mason’s philosophy is that a strong body leads to a strong mind and spirit.
