About

Learn introductory embroidery stitches on soft paperback sketchbook covers, perfect for making handmade gifts or enjoying a craft date with a friend. The artist will provide design templates, but students are welcome to stitch their designs. Skills learned include threading a needle and tying a knot, transferring a design onto paper for embroidery and 3 to 5 embroidery stitches. Students can apply the skills learned in this workshop to future embroidery projects, such as hoop art and garment embellishments. This workshop is beginner-friendly.
