Calling all chess lovers! Whether your camper is a beginner or an experienced player, this program offers expert instruction in chess strategy. Under the guidance of a skilled Chess Education Specialist, campers will master key skills such as openings, piece defence, checkmate, avoiding stalemate and more.
Campers will put their skills to the test in tournaments and fun chess-related games, challenging themselves and each other in a supportive, engaging environment. Whether playing for fun or competing seriously, this program will help your camper sharpen their mind and have a great time doing it!

Sending your camper to Harbourfront Centre Camps is easy! With add-on services like Extended Care Program, Meal Plan and Busing, you can rest easy knowing that your camper is taken care of during their entire summer camp experience.
Please note that these services are offered for additional fees and must be selected at the time of registration.Registration opens Tuesday, January 13 at 10am
If you do not have an account on our Registration Portal, you will be required to set one up before registering your camper. New accounts can be opened when registration for the new year has commenced.
