About
Kylie Law is a Canadian metalsmith and artist based in Toronto, Ontario. Raised in Port Perry, Ontario, she developed a passion for the arts at an early age, particularly painting and sculpture. Drawn to creative, hands-on work, Law pursued her interest in jewellery by enrolling in the Jewellery Arts program at George Brown College in 2022, graduating with honours in 2025.
Throughout her studies, Law was recognized for her academic excellence and was the recipient of the Mejuri Third-Year Award, which recognizes outstanding academic achievement, craftsmanship, community involvement and professionalism. She was awarded an internship with FTJCo as a Production Assistant. In addition, she was selected as a finalist for the Gem Star CAD Design Award.
Inspired by Law’s background in painting, human form remains a central theme throughout her artistic practice. She explores themes of sensitivity and connection, creating pieces that celebrate both the physical and emotional aspects of human experience. Through techniques such as chasing and repoussé, she brings a sculptural approach to metalwork.
Law became an Artist-in-Residence at Harbourfront Centre in 2026.
