Overview
With a few simple stitches and designs, students will complete a piece that is meant to relax and de-stress through autonomous and repetitive action. Studies show that embroidery releases neurotransmitters that promote joy and well-being. Students will learn how to integrate embroidery as a meditative practice they can take into their lives.
