Overview
This masterclass will introduce the participants to the work and artistic world of Sharon Eyal and Gai Behar through learning materials from L-E-V repertoire. The class is intended for intermediate dancers and choreographers with 2+ years of dance and movement training.
Registration is first-come, first-served to a maximum of 24 participants. All participants will be required to sign a participant release form upon arrival, and participants under the age of 18 will need to have a parent or guardian sign on their behalf. You will be required to show proof of full vaccination against COVID-19 to enter the studio, sign-in to the National Ballet of Canada screening portal, and will be required to wear a mask at all times while indoors, including during the class. If mask requirements onsite change, we will inform participants.
The masterclass will run for 90 minutes.
About Keren Lurie Pardes
Born in the USA in 1991, Keren Lurie Pardes attended the Arts High School in Jerusalem. She is a graduate of the “Maslool” Professional Dance Program of Tel-Aviv, directed by Naomi Perlov and Offir Dagan. Between 2010 and 2013, she was a member of the Batsheva Ensemble under the direction of Ohad Naharin. Pardes worked as a guest artist at Göteborgs Operans Danskompani in 2016, and Carte Blanche in 2014. In Israel she collaborated with choreographers such as Talia Beck, Ella Rothschild, Bosmat Nossan and Noa Zuk. Since 2013 Pardes is a certified Gaga Language instructor.
