Overview
In this two-week course, students will learn how to shoot silkscreens using photo emulsion and try both traditional screen printing and open screen techniques using stencils and resists. The first session will be dedicated to instruction and design development, and the second will allow for further sampling and the creation of final prints. Students will be given a tote bag to print their final designs on, or they can bring in their textiles to work with.
