Canada’s largest opera producer, the Canadian Opera Company, is celebrating the launch of its 2023/2024 season with three opportunities to catch a special one-hour community concert alongside Toronto’s waterfront. 

Experience the exhilarating power of live opera as COC artists share a selection of highlights from the company’s upcoming season, featuring classic favourites and rare gems including Beethoven’s Fidelio, Puccini’s La Bohème, Mozart’s Don Giovanni, Cherubini’s Medea, and Donizetti’s Don Pasquale

This concert of popular selections features the internationally acclaimed COC Orchestra and a lineup of homegrown Canadian soloists offering a program of unforgettable arias and orchestral music that showcases the unique emotional impact and virtuosic artistry of Canada’s opera company.  

Reserved general admission seating is now sold out. An in-person Rush line with a limited number of Rush seats will be open 30 minutes prior to each performance. All reserved seats not claimed by 10 minutes before the performance will be promptly released to the Rush line.

Our friends at The Slip, a restaurant located beside the Concert Stage at Harbourfront Centre, are offering the opportunity to watch the COC while enjoying their great food and cocktails! You can reserve seats at the bar or in the booth. To book, email The Slip at with your choice of performance date, time and number of people in your party.
