About
Spend a day in the studio exploring clay through the making of simple, functional objects such as small planters, plates, or trays — pieces designed to live comfortably in your home.
Guided by demonstrations and hands-on support, this artist-led workshop introduces fundamental handbuilding techniques alongside an introduction to using underglazes for surface, offering an accessible way to experiment with colour, pattern, and finish. Participants are encouraged to explore ideas, follow their curiosity, and develop forms that feel personal while gaining practical skills in working with ceramic materials.
The workshop is designed as a relaxed but focused space to slow down, work with your hands, and enjoy the process of making. Open to all levels. All work will be glazed and kiln-fired after the workshop and ready for pickup at a later date. Materials and firings are included.
