About
Design your very own knit tapestry! Using two colours of yarn, we will learn how to create an image in cloth that mirrors itself on either side. Each participant will receive 2 contrasting hanks of Worsted weight yarn, a set of ChiaoGoo Double Pointed knitting needles, and a wooden dowel to display their work.
This workshop is an Intermediate level course, experience with knitting is required.

Our studios are dedicated to our full-time Artists-in-Residence program; no studio access is allowed outside of the residency. The only exception is participants taking classes, who may only remain in the studio during actual class time.
You must apply for the program, follow the guidelines and meet the criteria required of applicants. This information can be found on our website (Residency Program Information) page. Applications open once a year in January and close in March.
The Craft & Design studios are 18+ only. However, we do have a craft-focused program through our School Visits department that specializes in that. For more information, you can visit the School Visits page on our website.
