1. Upon receipt of your application, we will review all materials and get back to you via e-mail regarding acceptance or rejection of your application.
2. You will be required to upload a copy of your Proof of Insurance after you have been accepted as a Harbourfront vendor. When you do, please ensure that Harbourfront Centre is listed as “additional insured Harbourfront Corporation (1990).”

1. Upon receipt of your application, we will review all materials and get back to you via e-mail regarding acceptance or rejection of your application.
2. If accepted as a vendor, submit a copy of your Proof of Insurance via link provided by Harbourfront Centre ON OR BEFORE MAY 26, 2023 (this is mandatory). Ensure that Harbourfront Centre is listed as “additional insured Harbourfront Corporation (1990).”
3. For all vendors who have been accepted, payment of 50% of the total of your booked weekends is processed ON MAY 26, 2023.
4. Please note: your space is not secure until payment and proof of insurance has been received.
5. You are required to attend a mandatory vendor meeting for all successful applicants.
6. Remainder of fees are processed ON JUNE 9, 2023.

1. After Harbourfront Centre reviews your application, vendors who are requested to do so must pass a taste testing. After this process is done, we will get back to you via email regarding acceptance or rejection of your application.
2. You will be required to upload a copy of your Proof of Insurance after you have been accepted as a Harbourfront vendor. When you do, please ensure that Harbourfront Centre is listed as “additional insured Harbourfront Corporation (1990).”
3. You will be required to complete the Toronto Public Health Temporary Food Establishment Form after you have been accepted as a Harbourfront vendor.
4. You will be required to upload all Food Handler’s Certificates for your booth after you have been accepted as a Harbourfront vendor. There must be at least one person present at your booth that has a valid food handler’s certificate at all times while your station is in operation.
5. If your business is incorporated or registered, you may be asked to upload a copy of your Certificate of Business Registration. Please consult with the Vendor Coordinator for details.

1. Harbourfront Centre reserves the right to relocation and/or deny booth space and/or close a Vendor’s booth and request the Vendor to leave Harbourfront Centre’s premises if the Vendor is not complying with the terms and conditions set out in the Vendor Agreement, including but not limited to a failure of the Vendor to comply with all health and safety standards required as part of their Vendor services, and/or if the Vendor is behaving in an objectionable fashion.
2. The Vendor hereby waives any right to, and releases Harbourfront Centre from, any and all claims for damages or compensation by reason of Harbourfront Centre exercising its cancellation rights under this Vendor Agreement.
3. Public attendance and participation are dependent upon weather conditions, demographics and a variety of other factors. Harbourfront Centre shall not be responsible or liable for a lack of success for individual vendors and/or poor food sales based on inclement weather, public attendance and/or customer preferences.
