All Venues have restrictions regarding photography/filming locations, and details can be confirmed by the festival Production Coordinator upon request. If you are planning to film/photograph, an archival permit will be sent for completion and must be submitted no later than 7 days prior to performance.

Will you be selling merchandise?(Required)

For Artists/Companies who wish to sell merchandise, please note that the Artist/Company will be responsible for all set-up, monitoring sales area, sale of merchandise, and clean up. The Artist/Company is responsible for providing a cash float and/or point-of-sales machines as needed. Harbourfront Centre will provide a merchandise sales area with a table and chair(s) from which to sell. All proceeds are retained by the Artist/Company. Harbourfront Centre reserves the right to approve all merchandise proposed for sale.
