Located on Toronto's beautiful waterfront, Harbourfront Centre is an innovative, non-profit cultural organization that creates and presents almost 4,000 events annually including the summer weekend World Routes festivals, HarbourKIDS family programming, World Stage performances, International Festival of Authors (IFOA) and many more. These events create a multitude of volunteer opportunities.
The Harbourfront Centre volunteer programme is built on the strengths of a dynamic, diverse and dedicated team of individuals of varying ages from a wide range of cultural backgrounds.
We recognize volunteers as essential resources in support of the culturally diverse programming and special events produced at Harbourfront Centre. Without the dedication of volunteers we would not be able to produce the accessible and innovative events that educate, enliven and entertain.
Motivated by their interest in the arts, our volunteers generously contribute time and energy to assist Harbourfront Centre in maintaining its programming mandate. In return, our volunteers enrich their lives by developing their interests, learning new skills and making new friendships.
