REGISTRATION
Please have the following information available when you call or include it in your email request:
- Your choice of programme
- Full day or half day
- Your first and second choices for date of visit
- Number and grade level of students
- Name, mailing address, telephone and fax numbers of school
- Email address
- Name(s) of accompanying teacher(s) and their email address(es)
Please note: There is a $150 deposit per school at the time of confirmation to hold your place. A $50 cancellation fee will be withheld if you cancel your School Visits booking with three or more weeks notice. No refund is available if you cancel your booking fewer than three weeks before you scheduled visit.
SUBSIDIZATION
Harbourfront Centre is a not-for-profit organization. Due to the generosity of our sponsors and donors, we are able to offer limited subsidy for those in need.
Subsidy is available on a case-by-case basis for students or schools in need, pending availability and subject to change. Contact us for criteria details.
PROGRAMME TIMES
Full day: 10am–2pm (unless otherwise requested)
Half day: 10–11:30am or 12:30–2pm
FEES FOR SCHOOL VISITS
Full day: $12 per student (except ALOUD/Forest of Reading: $13)
Half day: $9 per student
Gallery-Based Tour (half day): $6 per student
Literary Author Event: $5 per student
Please encourage your students on a full day programme to bring lunch and two snacks. Students booked for half day programmes are encouraged to bring a morning or afternoon snack.
