Coffee 101

Learn the basics of global coffee production, harvesting and processing and how this affects the taste of Toronto's favourite hot beverage. Participants will get to sample various specialty coffees and enjoy a coffee beverage of their choice at the end of the workshop. Discover how roasting coffee changes the flavour and learn the various techniques of brewing a great cup!
